The Bolt Care is a membership-based vehicle service club that provides essential and premium maintenance services to keep your car running smoothly. Choose from three tiers:

Bolt Essentials – Covers routine maintenance like oil changes and multi-point inspections.
Bolt Advantage – Adds tire rotations, air filters, wiper blades, flat repair, and basic diagnostics.
Bolt Prime – Includes everything in Advantage plus brake pad replacement, battery replacement, and roadside assistance.

What's the difference between Bolt Essentials, Bolt Advantage and Bolt Prime?

Bolt Essentials

Covers routine maintenance like oil changes, multi-point inspections, and roadside assistance.

Bolt Advantage

Includes everything in Essentials plus extra perks like tire rotations, air filters, flat tire repair, basic diagnostics, and wiper blade replacements.

Bolt Prime

The ultimate coverage, including brakes, batteries, and roadside assistance.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No! Cancel anytime, no penalties, no gimmicks.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes! You can cancel at any time with no penalties. If you’ve paid annually, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

Is my membership transferrable if I sell my vehicle or give it to a family member?

Yes! You can transfer your membership to a new vehicle or another person with proper notice to our team.

What services are included in my membership?

How often can I use my benefits?

Oil changes: Up to 3 times per year (depending on driving habits). Discounted rate for additional oil changes.

Tire rotations & filters: Based on factory recommended service intervals.

Brakes & battery (Prime only): Once per membership term.

Are parts and labor covered for all services?

Yes! All included services are fully covered with no additional labor charges.

Do I need to schedule an appointment or can I just show up?

We recommend scheduling an appointment to avoid wait times, but walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.

Can I use my plan for multiple vehicles?

Each membership is tied to one vehicle, but you can purchase additional memberships for other vehicles at a discount.

How much does the membership cost?

Bolt Essentials: $32/month or $340/year

Is there a discount if I pay annually instead of monthly?

Does my membership automatically renew?

Yes! Your membership will auto-renew each month or year, depending on your billing cycle. You can cancel anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments for monthly or annual memberships.

Is my membership fee taxable?

If your visit includes taxable services like parts, sales tax may apply.

Can I use this as business expense for my company vehicle?

What happens if I move out of the service area?

If you move to a nearby location within our service area, you can continue using your plan.

If you move out of state, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

Vehicles over a certain age or mileage limit may have restrictions.

What happens if Bolt Auto Care closes or changes ownership?

If Bolt Auto Care closes, we will work with customers to issue refunds or honor services at partner locations.

If ownership changes, your membership remains valid under the new management
